Bridging user needs and business goals

Good design isn't just usable. It moves the needle. I use research to understand what users need, then connect that directly to the outcomes businesses care about.

About

Where user needs meet the bottom line

I'm a product designer with experience in SaaS, fintech, and nonprofit. I believe the best design decisions aren't just good for users. They're good for the business too, and I'm actively building the skills to make that case clearly.

Research is how I close the gap. I dig deep into what users actually need, then translate that into design decisions with measurable outcomes. It's the lens I bring to every project.

I also work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Implementations, not just PMs and engineers. That access means better research and broader buy-in when it matters.

Let's make something good

I'm open to full-time product design roles, particularly in SaaS or AI-adjacent products where research has a real seat at the table and design is expected to move business metrics, not just ship screens.
